The existence of this Security Policy is a form of commitment from PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia in respecting and protecting any personal data / information from users of all Shooe.ID applications.

This Privacy Policy establishes the basis for obtaining, collecting, processing, analyzing, displaying, transmitting, opening, storing, changing, deleting or any form of data processing related to data / information that identifies or can be used to identify Users that Users provide to PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia or PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia collects from Users or third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").

• Information from order data in the form of details of types of services / goods, quantities, descriptions of services / goods ordered by User and other interactive features in the application.
• Payment information data when User performs payment activities through the application, including but not limited to bank account data, virtual accounts, and digital wallet payments.
• Real or approximate location data in the form of geo-locations for the pickup and delivery of goods/services.
• Data in the form of time from User activity in using the application.
• Data records / logs (records on the server).

C. User Rights and Transparency

• On mobile devices in general (iOS and Android), the application will display permission to access the collection and use of User's Personal Data on their device and User can accept or deny this. If User gives his consent to the process, User is deemed to have agreed to the collection and use of User's Personal Data on his device.
• Users can access and change information in the form of names, email addresses, and other privacy data.

• PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia protects every User's Personal Data stored in its system, and protects such data from unauthorized access, user, modification, retrieval and/or disclosure by using a number of security measures and procedures, including passwords, OTP codes (One Time Password).
• User's Personal Data may also be stored or processed by parties working for PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia or by third party service providers or affiliates of PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia. In this case, PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia will ensure that the Personal Data remains protected in accordance with PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia's commitment in this Privacy Policy.

• PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia will delete and/or anonymize User's Personal Data which is under the control of PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia if:

  2. Storage is no longer required for the purpose of compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Please note that there is still a possibility that some User's Personal Data is stored by other parties, including authorized state administration agencies.
