Terms and Conditions

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHOULD BE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED BEFORE USING THE SERVICE OF PT SHOOE DIGITAL TECH INDONESIA. WHEN A USER REGISTERS AND USES THE SERVICES OF PT SHOOE DIGITAL TECH INDONESIA, THE USER IS DEEMED TO ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PT SHOOE DIGITAL TECH INDONESIA.

The Shooe.ID mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the application") and www.shooe.id are managed by PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "we"). By using the services of the application or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions set by us. Users of this application are limited to users over 13 years old.

The Terms and Conditions may change at any time and we will notify you of any changes in the Terms and Conditions via the email address you registered with your account.

1. Our Service

PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia provides shoe washing and ordering services until payment that can be made through the Shooe.ID mobile application, or can also be assisted through PT Digital Tech Indonesia's Customer Service (orders will remain connected to the user account and mobile application).
We try our best to provide the best service for our customers, however it does not conceal the fact that an error could be happened in the operations and we will help the best we can to solve the problem but with some limitations as shown in point 5.

2. Order Cancellation

The process of canceling orders that have been paid must be done by contacting Customer Service from PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia, and the refund process requires a maximum of 5 x 24 hours (can be earlier than this duration, this is only a maximum estimation), and the refund fee would be in the amount of Rp 7.000,00. The fund would be returned via the payment method that you provided to Customer Service and must be under the name of the account owner. Coupons and Coins that you used, will also be returned to your account.

3. Promotions, Discount Coupons and Coins

We provide a variety of promotions, discount coupons, and cashback in the form of coins that you can also use to reduce the price when ordering your services / goods.

4. Usage Restrictions

Users are not allowed to use the application for unauthorized or unlawful activities or use the name of PT Shooe Digital Tech Indonesia and the name of our application without our permission including for commercial and other purposes.

5. Service System and Service Limitation

  • When ordering the service, your order will be based on the queue in the application according to the time you order.
  • Users are required to provide clear information if your item is made of sensitive material and the shoe color easily fades away. If you don't provide this information and there is fading or damage of the goods, this wouldn't be our responsibility and the consumer should bear the responsibility.
  • The courier who does the picking up will take pictures when picking up your goods and provide a note on the existing damage to the goods during the time the goods are received by the courier. The damage complaints will be reviewed based on that information.
  • If there are certain conditions on your goods that will cause further damage if an action is taken, we will contact you beforehand and notify you of the risks that might happen to the goods(such as color fading or further damage that may occur, etc.). You could confirm but also have the right to cancel the order. However we cannot refund the transportation fee and there will be a charge of Rp 7.000,00.
  • If there is any damage made on our part, we will be responsible for this as stated in below clause.
  • Consumers are entitled to the compensation in accordance with the damage that occurred, we will review based on the price of shoes in the marketplace and a maximum compensation of Rp 1.500.000,00. We will do a careful inspection first before giving compensation to consumers.
  • Complaints to our services must be given in the maximum of 1 x 24 hours from the goods received by consumers. If it has been more than 1 x 24 hours and the consumer has not made any complaint, then any further complaint can no longer be accepted by us.
  • We will provide our best service and try to provide the best quality, but there are possibilities for some shoes that are already in a bad condition and can't be processed further. However, we will try to give our best results.
